Seller's description

The Epiphone Les Paul Black Beauty, upgraded with Gibson ’57 pickups, takes the iconic single-cut Les Paul style and adds a serious tonal boost. Its mahogany body with a carved maple top is finished in glossy Black, giving it a sleek, classic look. The set mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium frets, accented by multi-ply binding, maintain the familiar feel of a Les Paul-style guitar, while the 24.75-inch scale and standard nut width make it comfortable for both chords and lead lines. What sets this model apart is the Gibson ’57 Classic humbuckers installed in the neck, middle and bridge positions. These pickups deliver warm, harmonically rich tones with excellent dynamic response, giving the guitar a level of clarity and nuance that goes beyond the original stock pickups. Controls remain simple and intuitive, with two volume and tone knobs and a three-way toggle switch to blend or select tones. The hardware keeps the setup reliable and stable, featuring a Tune-o-Matic bridge with stopbar tailpiece for solid sustain and intonation, along with standard gold tuning machines and control knobs. The combination of the traditional Black Beauty body and neck with these upgraded pickups results in a guitar that looks and feels classic but offers a noticeably richer, more articulate electric tone.
