Seller's description

Second year of production 2-17 Martin. I have to admit, I have spent some time with this guitar and it definitely offers something outside the usual. At over a century old it is hard to believe that the neck angle is still perfect and the neck as straight as a gun barrel. Saddle still has height too. Truly a remarkable guitar. It's not cheap but then again, maybe it is all things considered. I wouldn't be surprised if this thing lasts another 100 years. Lovely comfortable V shaped neck, slotted headstock, original tuning machines. Truly beautiful guitar, and the first Spanish style to be made that would take the tension of steel strings. Made in the USA SN 18498
