Seller's description

Northwest Vintage Guitars presents a Fender Japan Limited Edition Kusumi Thinline Telecaster in a desaturated satin ivory finish.  Crafted in Japan and sold only in the Japanese domestic and select international markets.  The protecto plastic is still on the pickguard!  It's a featherweight example at only 5.75 lbs.  It features a chambered Alder body, a Maple neck, and a lovely striated Rosewood slab fretboard.  The Hybrid II Custom-Voiced Single-Coil Tele pickups deliver a full bodied and responsive tonal spectrum with warm highs and a chewy twang.  The neck meters 4.83k ohms and the bridge is 6.09k.  It's the lightest example we've run across and balances nicely on a strap.  It comes safely packed and fully insured in the original gig bag and the care booklet, warranty tag, and Fender doo dad in the photos.   The nut measures 1.66", neck depth is .81"-.92" at the 1st and 12th frets respectively.  It's a modern C profile that borders on a D profile in the cowboy chord area.  Freshly strung and accurately intonated with D'Addario XL 10-46 nickel strings and a pro setup.  The frets are clean and polished and the fretboard is conditioned.  The neck is straight, the truss rod turns in both directions, and the relief is currently set for optimum playability.  There are only two faint dings as pictured keeping this from mint.  It is in excellent playable condition with no dead spots.  We only consider local trades in person.  Most questions can be answered with a quick read of our info page.  This item is offered on our website and other online marketing platforms and subject to prior sale.  Please check our website for additional photos.
