Up for sale, a 2020 Fender Heritage ‘50s Telecaster in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with hangtags. Sourced directly from Tokyo, this Heritage Series Telecaster was designed in conjunction with Fender Custom Shop Master Builder Mark Kendrick, using profiling data from Fender USA for vintage-spec body and neck profile carves. This top-tier Fender Japan Telecaster model exceeds the quality of even Fender Japan's previous VSP series, standing toe to toe with Fender’s American Vintage series offerings. Offered only within Japan and to select international territories, the Heritage instruments are at the top of Fender Japan’s lineup, with this “Blackguard”-style Telecaster faithfully capturing the specs of Leo Fender’s pioneering original design. Features include a Butterscotch Blonde nitro lacquer finish on an ash body and a pair of custom-wound black bobbin single coil pickups. These pickups feature cloth-covered leads and flush-mount bridge pole pieces, yielding quintessential Tele tones with plenty of inherent sparkle and chop. The bridge has a gutsy twang, and the neck is broad and smooth while still retaining terrific articulation. This Heritage ‘50s Telecaster weighs 7lbs 10oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, low action, and accurate intonation. Neck Specs: Wood: Maple Shape: "1952 U," measuring .905” 1st fret, .999” 12th fret Fretboard: Maple, 7 1/4” vintage-spec radius, dot inlay Frets: Slender, no wear Scale Length: 25 1/2” Nut: 1.615” (41.02mm), bone Tuners: Fender Pure Vintage single-line Serialization: “Made in Japan,” JD20-prefix Body Specs: Wood: Ash Pickups: Premium Vintage-Style ‘50s Single coil x2 Controls: Volume, Tone, Three-way pickup selector Harness: CTS pots, ceramic tone cap Hardware: “Pat.
