Some guitars are cool. Some guitars are collectible. Then there are rare pieces like this—guitars that look as though they were pulled straight from a dream era of music and refined for today’s player. This is a 2020 Limited Edition Fender Custom Shop ’60 HS Telecaster Custom Heavy Relic, finished in Aged Seafoam Green over 3-Color Sunburst. Custom-built by Fender’s finest craftsmen in Corona, California, it is a genuine Limited Edition instrument—not a standard production model—and comes complete with its original Fender Custom Shop hardshell case, Certificate of Authenticity, and Shop Floor Traveler. The heavy relic work is pure Custom Shop artistry. The moment you wrap your hand around the neck, the guitar feels familiar and broken in—there is no stiffness and no sense of fighting the instrument. The early-’60s truss rod construction, vintage Fender-logo tuners, four-bolt mounting, ’60-style Telecaster headstock, and period-correct de
