From the listing
Man these are a great model but the namesake Gibson has given this model doesn't mean much. The Gibson nerds among us would know the super rare factory Ebony and Cherry Red models produced in the late 1960's had the classic late 1960s Gibson flat-top specs... adjustable bridge, skinny nut and neck. Not everyones cup of tea... This Custom Shop iteration has a few cool things going for it. The neck is a ol' 50s-style big yet comfortable chunker, the nut width is a full 44mm. So you're getting the classy tuxedo aesthetic of an Ebony J-45 with a greatest hits of features... Factory LR Baggs pickup too! Centre seam on top has some aesthetic lacquer shrinkage which is fairly typical for solid coloured Gibson acoustics of this age. No structural woes to be seen. Neck geometry is spot on with plenty of saddle height for all you wusses to get your action super low... Serial #11336033. Includes the original Gibson hardcase.
