Seller's description

Up for sale, a 2011 Fender Telecaster ‘71 vintage reissue model TL71/ASH in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Sparingly little information is available about this exceptionally rare “Made in Japan” Telecaster, which was produced in extremely limited quantities (probably as a dealer exclusive model), boasting a unique feature set including an Gold Burst sparkle finish accented by all-gold hardware and a Babicz Full Contact bridge. The ash body yields a certain natural midrange detail and bark, and these qualities are faithfully captured by the pair of single coil pickups, delivering focused cut in the neck position and sparkling spank at the bridge. This TL71/ASH weighs 7lbs 1oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation. Neck Specs: Wood: Maple Shape: Slender C, measuring .805” 1st fret, .895” 12th fret Fretboard: Rosewood, 9 1/2“ radius Frets: Medium jumbo, no wear Scale Length: 25 1/2” Nut: 1 5/8“, bone Tuners: Gotoh Serialization: “Made in Japan,” U-prefix Body Specs: Wood: Ash Pickups: TL-Current single coil x2 Controls: Volume, Tone, Three-way pickup selector Hardware: Babicz Full Contact six-saddle bridge, flat-top knurled knobs, control plate Plastics: Three-ply black pickguard, “top hat” switch tip The gloss Gold Burst finish has a dramatic sparkle, and there are just a few faint finish scratches on the body and light pick wear across the pickguard. The smooth gloss on the neck profile is flawless. The original Fender-branded gigbag is included.
