Up for sale, a 2010 Fender Official Disney "Mickey Mouse" Telecaster in 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original Mickey gigbag. This rare Tele was produced exclusively for the Japanese domestic market in extremely limited quantities as part of an official collaboration with Disney. Easily one of the more visually distinctive instruments to emerge from Fender Japan, this Tele goes to great lengths to transform the iconic mouse into an electric guitar. The pickguard is one-ply matte red just like Mickey's shorts, the bright yellow speed knobs resemble his buttons, the white headstock references his gloves, and of course Mickey's profile is proudly displayed on the guitar's lower bout. And beyond the notable cosmetics, this Telecaster is a well-crafted instrument, with the premium fit and finish work of Fender's Japanese production. Weighing 7lbs 8oz, this Tele has a clear, authoritative acoustic voice that translates well through the stock single coil pickup pair.
