Seller's description

Up for sale, a 2002 Fender Jazz Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model JB62-58 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This “Crafted in Japan” Jazz Bass was produced for the Japanese domestic market and is uncommon outside of its country of origin. Tonewoods include a basswood body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this bass has a smooth, balanced natural acoustic response. There’s plenty of midrange presence and articulate growl on tap via the pair of single coil pickups, and rolling off the Tone knob yields round thump. This JB62-58 weighs 9lbs 8oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.Neck Specs:Wood: MapleShape: Slender C, measuring .805” 1st fret, .935” 12th fretFretboard: Rosewood slab, vintage-spec 7 1/4” radiusFrets: Slender, no wearScale Length: 34”Nut: 1 1/2”, boneTuners: Clover buttonsSerialization: “Crafted in Japan,” P-prefixBody Specs:Wood: BasswoodPickups: JB-Vintage single coil x2Controls: Volume x2, ToneHardware: Bridge with steel barrel saddles, control platePlastics: Four-ply “tomato soup” red tortoise pickguard, pointer knobsThe gloss Olympic White finish has faint buckle wear on the back, some pick scuffing across the guard, and a few minor dings and finish scratches.
