Seller's description

Made in the legendary Fujigen factory in the golden era of Japanese made Fenders, this yellow Telecaster features not only good looks and outstanding playability, but also amazing and classic tone. The playability is exactly what you’d want- perfect neck straightness/relief, great action, no bad buzz, and in tune up and down the neck. The frets and fretboard are in outstanding condition - see pictures. The neck has been sanded to matte finish and it plays smooth like butter. The electronics work seamlessly with no bad noise, and the Gotoh tuners are quality and extremely stable. It is currently setup with 11s with action measuring 2.2mm bass side. Overall the cosmetic condition is excellent with a few little scratches and honest dings and wear- again, see the pictures. It comes with a perfect fitting hardshell case, and has been kept in a smoke free home with no bad smells. The serial number is H014038, dating it to 1988-1989. It weighs 7.8 lbs and has a slim “C” shaped neck. Sold used listings fall between $850-$1,500 highly dependent on condition and whether it comes with a case. I am confident the value is steadily increasing as it becomes a scarcer collectors item (and sought after gem of a players guitar), and I am in no rush to sell.  Feel free to ask any questions about the condition or shipping! I take packing guitars for shipping very seriously so it will be done properly. Please note that for buyers outside of the United States, additional customs, duties, or taxes may be added. C.F.
