Reverty Used Guitars Japan — every instrument inspected, set up, and played before listing. 1987-1988 Fender Japan Pro Feel Series Jazz Bass (JBR-80R) - MIJ Fujigen G-Serial This is a Made in Japan Fender Jazz Bass from the Pro Feel series, built at the FujiGen factory during the late-1980s era of Fender Japan production. The G-prefix serial (G004064) on the neck decal dates this instrument to 1987-1988. The Pro Feel series was Fender Japan's late-1980s take on the Jazz Bass, departing from the vintage reissue line with features such as body-mounted control knobs and a high-mass style bridge. This example wears a see-through red finish that lets the wood grain show through, paired with a tortoiseshell pickguard and a maple neck with rosewood fingerboard.
