Reverty Used Guitars Japan — every instrument inspected, set up, and played before listing. 1984 Tokai JB-45 "Jazz Sound" Electric Bass - Candy Apple Red, Made in Japan A genuine piece of Japanese vintage from Tokai Gakki's own Hamamatsu factory. The "Jazz Sound" series was Tokai's faithful take on the early-60s Fender Jazz Bass, produced during the period that collectors regard as the brand's finest era of craftsmanship. This example wears a deep Candy Apple Red finish and retains the period-correct vintage-style bridge with threaded (spiral) saddles and open-gear bass tuners. The neck plate is stamped L14651, which places production in 1984 according to Tokai's post-1982 serial system.
