Seller's description

Superb early 80s 335. 2 original Tim Shaw pickups, and a beaut hot cherry finish. Perhaps it has a bit of an Alvin Lee look to it, if you can imagine a whole bunch of stickers covering the body, perhaps it doesn't, but either way, an opaque Cherry Red ES-335 is indeed a thing of beauty. Hardware has mucho oxidisation, not to the point of un-usability, not even close, let's just call it honest age. I reckon the early 80s was a pretty good time for these, super solid builds and of course, very PAF sounding pickups. Still running original frets though I'd say a couple of dresses have probably occurred over time, and still life left. A very damn cool guitar with a wider nut width than the bulk of the 70s ES's for those who require such things. Used but in good condition, shaken but not stirred, happy but not delirious. Made in the USA, used but not abused. 82321027 3.7kg "You're hurting my heart You're hurting my pride You're hurting everything I own You're choking my head It's choking inside Why don't you leave my life alone" - Ten Years After, Bad Scene.
