It typically features a mahogany body with a maple top, a set mahogany neck, and a 24.75" scale length. Deluxes from this era are equipped with mini-humbucker pickups, which deliver a brighter, more focused sound than full-size humbuckers while still retaining warmth and punch. With its bound body and neck, trapezoid inlays, and substantial late-’70s feel, the Les Paul Deluxe is prized for its durability, sustain, and unmistakable vintage Gibson character.
