Seller's description

A beloved Greco from the late '70s, this is a 1978 EX800 'Destroyer' model. One of the most sought-after Greco guitars out there, the EX800 is truly one of the crown jewels of the "lawsuit era" of electric guitars. The EX800 is most notable for its identical construction to the Ibanez Destroyer which was used all across Van Halens first album. The guitar has the original Maxon humbuckers and Greco hardware. There are some dings and dents around the body. Stickers have been removed from the body but you can see a bit of the outline where they were. There's fretwear on the board, mostly around the first eight fretes. All of the hardware has a bit of corrosion to them. It plays very well and includes the original case.
