Up for sale, a 1977 Fender Telecaster in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with a hardshell case. This quintessential ‘70s Telecaster features the classic pairing of an ash body and a one-piece maple neck, loaded with a pair of gray bobbin single coil pickups. Weighing 8lbs 10oz, this Telecaster has a lively and dynamically responsive natural acoustic tone, balancing well on a strap with plenty of midrange heft and treble articulation. The gray bobbin single coil pickups are sweet and sparkling: the original bridge pickup features staggered alnico poles, delivering plenty of chewy twang and authoritative snap, while the modern Fender Pure Vintage neck pickup has a silky rhythmic cut and bell-like sparkle.
