Seller's description

1976 Fender Precision Bass, made in USA, in original Natural finish with rosewood fretboard.I am selling my vintage Fender Precision Bass from 1976. Serial number: 76-48955. The bass is finished in natural lacquer with no added color or pigment, showing the ash body grain beautifully. It has a rosewood fingerboard, black pickguard and the classic mid-70s Precision Bass character. The bass is completely original. Nothing has been changed or modified. The pickups, bridge, tuners, pickguard, pots, wiring and hardware are original. The bass has a straight neck, plays well and sounds excellent: full, warm, punchy and unmistakably vintage Precision. It has exactly the kind of solid, deep and authoritative tone you would expect from a good 70s Fender P Bass. The weight is approximately 4.4 kg.This is not a mint collector’s piece. It is a real vintage instrument with visible cosmetic wear, checking, marks, dings and finish wear from almost 50 years of use. Please check the photos carefully, as they are part of the description. The wear is honest and gives the bass a lot of character. No original case is included.DetailsModel: Fender Precision Bass Year: 1976 Made in: USA Serial number: 76-48955 Finish: Natural Body: Ash Fingerboard: Rosewood Pickguard: Black Weight: approx. 4.4 kg Condition: Very Good, with visible vintage wear Originality: All original to the best of my knowledge Case: No original case included NotesThe bass can be inspected and tested in person.
