Seller's description

Yes! Another one for the players... Super light, very resonant and loaded with a beautiful set of 'Tarback' pickups. Factory Gibson branded horseshoe Bigsby. Ripper SG, tremolo feels great and works well. Neck geometry is great on this one too. I really think these early 1970s SG's are underated and very much their own thing... Picky collectors need not apply... this one has had a headstock break with pro repair as well as a few minor changes... namely replaced pots in the 1990s (CTS with fine splines), a genuine set of reproduction Speed knobs and replaced scratchplate and control plate screws. Serial number #302787. Weight, 3.5kg. Includes a modern brown Gibson hardcase. "Kites rise highest against the wind - not with it." - Winston Churchill
