Seller's description

A genuinely rare 1968 Fender Telecaster in original Lake Placid Blue, one of Fender’s most desirable custom colours of the period. This guitar has the highly desirable maple-cap neck: a separate maple fingerboard laminated onto the maple neck, rather than Fender’s earlier one-piece maple-neck construction. Detailed photographs of the routing, neck pocket, electronics, hardware, dates and other internal details can be supplied to serious buyers.CaseThe guitar comes with a period European case rather than a Fender-branded case. Fender guitars exported to Europe during this era could be paired with cases supplied by local distributors rather than American Fender cases. The case is included with the guitar, but it is not being represented as an o
