Seller's description

Don't see these every day!  The Idol SG-5.  Idol was one of the brands to arise out of the Teisco buyout of 1967. Looks like a Ric from Kooktown. Sounds like......an Idol!  D tuner is bent but still functional. One knob replaced.  Bang it in slide tuning, or pretend you're Johnny Marr, or pretend you're Billy Idol...the choice is yours.  Good, Fast, Cheap.. Made in Japan SN 2179507   "Last night, a little dancer a-came dancin' to my door Last night, a little angel came pumpin' on my floor She said, "A-come, baby, you got a license for love And if it expires, pray help from above" Because In the midnight hour, she cried more, more, more With a rebel yell, she cried more, more, more, wow In the midnight hour, babe, more, more, more With a rebel yell, more, more, more More, more, more" - Morrissey.
