Seller's description

61 Gibson EB-0. earlier black plastic pickup. Missing the cover, and the control plate screws are changed, but aside from that, running stock. Super faded Cherry Red finish, over a Honduran Mahogany body, and Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard. It's a thudding, beautiful sounding thing that is very very easy to play. Currently running with old flatwounds that we are reluctant to change because they really suit this bass. Frets still have life left. A very cool Bass indeed, with a sound like nothing else. Made in the USA and comes with a hardshell case. SN 28599 Weight: 3.15kgs "I used to be such a sweet, sweet thing 'Til they got a hold of me I opened doors for little old ladies I helped the blind to see I got no friends 'cause they read the papers They can't be seen with me And I'm gettin' real shot down And I'm feeling mean No more Mister Nice Guy No more Mister Clean No more Mister Nice Guy They say he's sick, he's obscene" - Alice Cooper.
