Seller's description

Boys and Girls… another one of those that hurt to turn loose of. Legit found this one on a whim out looking for go-karts with my youngest.. wasn’t even looking and those are always a bit more fun.. then you factor in time with one of the kiddos… it being a Beat to Shizz beautiful vintage Fender P-bass… yeah.. a good F’n day for sure! Ok Fender Nation, can we say PLAYED HARD and well… NEVER PUT UP or saw a case?? Holy balls y’all… this bass has been used often, hard and ALWAYS!! weighs in at 9.2lbs, is an original bass with the exception of a DiMarzio volume pot and some early passive EMG selects …everything else to the bass.. tone pot and capacitor, pickguard with shielding tape added.. hardware and finish are stock 1974!! I could spend ALL DAY being goofy and over describe this thing because you know it’s wide open for that… but I’ll keep it easy. This thing has been beat to hell… but it is an early 70s Fender P … it can and will take another 40 years of bashing…. Actually, it’s waiting for it…. Quit waiting… pull the trigger, become its new forever hands, and let the beating commence!!!!It will ship in a later 70s black tolex case with maroon lining.. as road worthy as the axe it houses!!!MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!
