Seller's description

The American Vintage series, a faithful reproduction of the originals. The American Vintage series is the result of thorough research into Fender’s historic models, faithfully reproducing everything from the original manufacturing processes and parts to the sound. An alder body is joined to a maple neck featuring the “Thick Soft ‘V’” shape, faithfully reproducing the unique neck profile that offers just the right thickness and comfortable grip. Features from 1956 are faithfully reproduced down to the finest details, including a deep body contour, wing-shaped string guides, and Alnico III magnet pickups. This guitar lets you enjoy the bright, warm Stratocaster sound unique to the mid-1950s. Overall, there are scratches, dents, paint chips, and discoloration. The body back has buckle marks; the pickguard and plastic parts show discoloration; and the body top and pickguard have playing wear.
