The 2018 Fender Limited Edition 60th Anniversary Triple Jazzmaster in Daphne Blue is one of the most distinctive American-made Jazzmaster models Fender produced to celebrate six decades of its iconic offset electric guitar. Rather than using the traditional dual single-coil Jazzmaster layout, this limited-edition model features three Tim Shaw-designed custom humbuckers housed beneath Filter’Tron-style covers, giving it a unique combination of classic offset styling and considerably broader, more powerful electronics. A 5-way blade selector provides familiar multi-pickup switching, while an additional upper-bout toggle expands the available combinations further. The result is a Jazzmaster capable of everything from clear, chiming clean sounds through to thicker rock and overdriven tones. Built in the USA with an alder body, gloss nitrocellulose Daphne Blue finish, ’60s Oval “C” maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, this is a particularly unusual and collectible Jazzmaster variation.
